Christmas Customer Service Representative

Concerning the opportunity

Christmas in Boots is our busiest time of year, so we'll provide you with all the training and support you need to perform at your best. Every day is different; you could be working on our tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop. Whatever it is, we always strive to make the best use of your abilities, and some of the things you could be doing include:

Helping our customers: Whether answering questions and providing excellent advice on our fantastic gifts, locating a product, or simply offering a basket, the little things make a big difference.

Helping our stores run smoothly: Working with us at Christmas is a great experience, but it can be hectic, so we must ensure everything runs smoothly. It could be assisting with stock in the stock rooms, ensuring that the right products are displayed on the shop floor, or providing excellent service at our tills.

Working as part of a great team: By collaborating with other team members, you will ensure that the stores are always presentable and that everyone can be proud of. Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. Working as a team to solve problems quickly and adapting to a changing environment are two qualities we admire in our fantastic store teams.


Concerning yourself

Full training is provided for this role, but it would be ideal if you possessed the following abilities:

Excellent communication and listening abilities

Excellent organizational abilities.

A strong desire to provide excellent customer service

Capable of working as part of a team, supporting colleagues, and assisting in the delivery of daily activities

Exceptional attention to detail

A positive, caring attitude, and a proud Boots brand ambassador.
